Stainless Steel Sink Processing
First, Welding:
Now, as long as it is a regular manufacturer's product, the welding process is made by CNC wave-resistance welding, and the quality is passed. There are two ways to do it:
1. The first type is the surrounding welding of the pot and the panel welded together, also called the seam welding (bottom welding). The advantage is that the appearance is beautiful, after the strict treatment, the welding mouth is not easy to be found, and the surface of the water tank is straight and smooth, and the disadvantage is that some consumers doubt the firmness. In fact, the current welding technology mainly has sub-arc welding and the most advanced numerical control resistance welding, the quality has passed. The disadvantage of this type of welding is that it is too consuming material and it is necessary to punch two steel plates.
2. The other is the two single basin butt welding, also called butt welding. The advantage is that the basin and the panel are integrally formed by stretching, and the utility model has the advantages of being durable and durable, and the disadvantage is that the welding trace is easy to be seen, and the flatness is slightly poor. In fact, some so-called one-time forming double-slot water tanks are not one piece of material stamped, but are welded together by two single pots. You can pay attention to it when you buy them. The solder joints are in the middle of the two sinks. You can see from the reverse side. Out, a piece of plate is punched into two sinks, and there is currently no technology in the world. The hardest thing to do with the soldering basin is to ensure that the surface of the basin is flat. If you can guarantee then it is really the best way. Because it is the same material as the overall stretch, it can also solve the stretching problem of joint stretching.
The welding quality of the welding trough is one of the most critical factors affecting the life of the trough. Welding is good to prevent rust and desoldering. The welding should be smooth, smooth, tight, free of welds, rust-free, and burr-free.
Any double basin with a depth of more than 18cm is welded. Because the double basin is stretched more than 18cm at the same time (the depth of the tank, not the total height of the groove plus the groove), it is the ultimate depth of the processing.
Second, Machine stretch forming (mainly used for single sink):
The molding process is very touted, and the manufacturing process is difficult. This production technology is very demanding. The one-piece molding process is a particularly important process. The material requirements for the steel plate are very high. He solved the weld seam caused by the welding of the basin. Leakage problems caused by corrosion of various chemical liquids (such as detergents, stainless steel cleaners, etc.). But a plate that is flushed into a sink has many drawbacks, such as:
(1) The overall thickness of the water tank after molding is not uniform, relatively thin, mostly about 0.7mm. This technology has not been overcome yet. The bottom of the water tank is too thin, and the better basin thickness should be 0.8–1.0mm.
(2) The sink can't be too deep, because it is too deep, the wall of the sink will be too thin and broken, too shallow water will easily spill, it is very troublesome to use.
(3) The stretched water tank generally needs high temperature annealing, generally a temperature of 1200 degrees or more. After the water tank treated in this way, the steel property is naturally weakened, and the hardness of the water tank is certainly compromised.
(4) In terms of side treatment, the whole stretched basin is generally a single layer of flanging. On the one hand, it is very possible to cut the hand of the installation worker. The most important thing is that there is no "reinforcing rib", and the carrying weight is not good enough. It is also difficult to achieve the effect of sealing water;
(5) It is difficult to flatten the entire stretch panel;
(6) The cost is too high, and the cost of the single basin is invisibly increased due to the extremely high requirements on materials and processes.
The advantage of one-time forming sink is that the material is better than the material of the welding pot, the process is complicated and the processing is difficult. The welding sink is simple in process, and the sheet is not formed at one time, but the relative price is a little cheaper, and the thickness of the bottom plate is thicker than that at one time.
Simply speaking, the welding sink and the integrally formed sink are no different in use, and because of the process, the integrally formed stainless steel sink cannot be made too deep and splashes, and the most prominent advantages of the integrated sink are: There is no leakage problem caused by corrosion of a variety of chemical liquids (such as detergents, stainless steel cleaners, etc.) due to the welding of the basin. But this advantage no longer has any advantage before the long warranty period. Therefore, students should choose the product that suits them best according to their own needs, instead of obeying the advocacy of others and giving up the practicality of the sink.
